My Mom is a two-time breast cancer survivor. There are not enough words for me to describe how much I admire her and love her. I always do whatever small things I can to help cancer patients. It's amazing how a small piece of jewelry or something pretty can brighten their day. My Mom had a horrendous surgery last year due to complications from her previous cancer surgeries. I'm so thankful that she's finally recovering. I made her tons of earrings and bought her lip gloss to cheer her up. Little pretty feminine things -- just helped her get through the dark days.

beautiful necklace and blog :)
a very pretty necklace. I'm glad your mom is doing better. My heart goes out to you and her.
I know what you mean that you want to try and help. My friend lost her young son to brain cancer and is so involved in the cancer relay walk.
